Needed a super quick hotfix because in a game focused on diapers, it's pretty important that the diapers work properly.

• Fixed a huge bug where diapers were flagged as waterproof when it came to urination, meaning your pee went straight out the legholes
• Fixed the pause frame on the new loading animation which I had forgotten to change after some adjustments
• Fixed a bug where you could just keep hitting Berri while she's down and get infinite loot
